Wanted to share some positive thoughts about FlashPlumbing and Rooter Service. Over the past year I’ve had the following projects completed; Plumbing upgrade for my washer and dryer inside my garage which included adding an additional water line and gas line, so we can have two washers and dryers, upgraded a new outside water heater with new water heater shed to include all new water and gas lines and moving my gas meter in a better position near my water heater shed, gas fireplace installation and a new water line for my refrigerator. With every installation, Jose and his crew which also included his brother, went above and beyond. They worked on every installation with extreme pride as if it was their own home. Anytime I asked for something specific, their response immediately was, “No problem, whatever you want.” No gimmicks or trying to upsell or overcharge for poor quality products.Their attentiveness to customer satisfaction is amazing. Everything done perfectly, and to the exact specifications I wanted which included replacing outdated lower end plumbing to the incredibly better quality of copper piping. Always polite, friendly, professional, quick to respond to my needs, honest and fair pricing and just overall extremely honest and genuine. Best plumber I have ever used, and the only plumber I will ever use in the future.
